Tony Blair is the winner of the first monthly self abuser of the month competition. I could have awarded it to him for being the man who has single-handedly sold every good socialist principle that the labour party had up the river, but it never had many of those. I could have awarded it to him for participating in an illegal war, which has made all of our lives more dangerous........
NO NONE OF THOSE REASONS WILL SUFFICE
Tony Blair is the SELF ABUSER OF THE MONTH for September 2005 for his entrance to Sham 69's "If The Kids Are United" at the labour Party conference. Not only did the man look like a total power hungry egomaniac buoyed up by his own self importance, but it also resulted in Sham 69 performing an appalling updated acoustic version on Newsnight.
The other possibly more important reason is that I despise Tony with a passion, for selling out all the socialist principles of the labour party and dragging this country into an illegal war, which has made all of our daily lives significantly more dangerous, as well as the Sham 69 thing.
